Singing to Get Well
Blossom had been up during the night. She was quite unwell and vomitting.I left her in bed while the others prepared for school and eventually went. I checked on Blossom and she was sleeping soundly. The babies and I watched a video in the rumpus room and ate some morning tea when I realised I had forgotten about Blossom up stairs in bed. I went quietly to her room to find her awake and looking OK.
"I've been singing." she said with a big smile.
"I read my Bible then when my eyes started to hurt I started to sing." I sang 'Shout to the Lord, Jesus you are the reason I live and one other song."
No wonder she looked so much better her room was full of the presence of the Lord.
