Swayed Again.
We hear the word and live by faith,
We feel strong and very bold.
We speak it out the word of God
And hold on till we're told-
You have a problem, a big one too.
That makes you start to spin.
All that faith and feeling strong.
Its all now in the bin.
The shock of hearing that bad news
Was such an awful sound.
That tower of strength you thought you were
Now crumbling to the ground.
We say we're living life in God.
Yet circumstances change.
We think we'll stand upon the word
And not be swayed again.
We do forget at times
That He's our joy and He is able.
We aren't so strong without His love
To keep our lives so stable.
We want to pray and stand in faith
When things go very wrong.
But sometimes He reminds us
In our weakness He is strong.
